Addiction is a family disease touching everyone.

Family Group

At House of Hope we seek to reunite families that have been damaged by disease. Family members who have loved ones in our substance abuse treatment program are experiencing a host of emotions. To help channel healthy communication and understanding, House of Hope has implemented weekly Family Group to bring families closer together while their loved one is in addiction recovery. By playing an active and productive role, family members can help their loved one achieve and maintain sobriety.

Parenting Classes

Addiction is a family disease touching everyone involved. Addiction destabilizes the home environment, disrupting family life and muddling relationships, and often compromises finances, as well as mental, emotional, and physical health. As a core principle in which we were founded, many of our daily efforts are rooted in reuniting families once the process of treating substance abuse has been begun.

Adults in recovery face many challenges, and for those who are parents, maintaining good relationships with children can be both rewarding and daunting at the same time. We seek to address parenting issues throughout the stages of recovery which will lead to enhanced quality of the parent-child relationship.
